Just out of curiousity, how do you mean in regards that he/she shouldnt trust digital purchases on PSN going forwards? Havnt all digitial purchases worked so far? I know that there has been some issues in regards to crossgen games (as in only being able to play the PS4 version on a PS5, or something like that if i am not mistaken) and some DLC issues regards to games that were given out/redeemed through PS+ or something like that, but didnt all those issues get fixed eventually? :) Or are there some games that still have those issues? And maybe other issues in general that i dont remember or havnt heard about. I don't know how the store can even mess up like this.Ĭlick to shrink.Hi. I seriously hate this whole license system that PSN uses, it feels like something out of 2006. I told them that I would not be buying the game again just to have the store recognized it as purchased and their response was that there must not be an issue then. Their only suggestion was for me to BUY THE GAME AGAIN to have the Store recognize the the game is purchased. I told them there is the issue of the Store not recognizing my purchase. Because I can see it and download it in my library though, they told me there is no issue. I contact PlayStation support and they can also see that I have purchased Hitman 3. Everything shows that I own it except for the PS5 store that is asking me to spend the $59.99 Even once downloaded, the in-game shop has a check mark icon next to the game. I go into my library and download it just fine. Thinking maybe I haven't bought it, I go into my transaction history and see that yep, I spent the $60 back in January. Went to the PSN store to install it and it prompts me to spend $59.99 on the standard edition. I bought the game when it came out on PS5 along with the DLC for the first two. I've been feeling an itch to play Hitman 3 again since I never fully completed the trilogy.
